NATUROPATHIC VISITS

• Dr. Kim is conducting visits in-person and virtually.
• Virtual naturopathic visits are for patients located in Ontario, Canada.
• In-person appointments are available for acupuncture and for patients requiring this for their specific health needs. In-person appointments are available via home visits (within the GTA), at Tripod Fertility, and at Brooklin Natural Health Centre.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

• Please ensure to complete the quick mandatory COVID-19 screening survey prior to your visit to help everyone stay safe and healthy. The survey will be sent to you a day before your appointment.

GENERAL HEALTH CONSULTS

• If you are looking to work with Dr. Kim in a non-medical capacity, please book a Discovery Session to find out how she can help.

• To book an appointment at Tripod Fertility, please call 905-201-3420, email info@tripodfertility.com, or contact Dr. Kim directly.
• To hold initial appointment and follow-up VIRTUAL appointments, a $1 deposit is required. This is your commitment to provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel, or you are responsible for the full visit fee. Thank you for your understanding!
• If you wish to pay by Email Money Transfer (EMT) or utilize Insurance Direct Billing, please let me know and we can set this up. You can proceed with booking online, and your deposit will be refunded after receipt of EMT or Insurance payment.
